My mom is still a sweet junkie.. the amount of candy I found while I was helping here clean out her cupboard has me freaking out at her...

Thankfully she's has hers controlled with meds and diet.. cept she does indulge in sweets too much.

yes, I can relate, its hard! you want your numbers to be good, but you have to give into temptation every once and a while. I do not add sugar when it is already in there. I eat too much and I do not exercise nearly enough. (4 miles walking is nowhere near enough but we do those 6/7 days a week and with work starting up soon at least my snacking will go down)

Mom never sits down during the day at home.. She's doing parts runs or answering phones or helping with the family business.. now when 6pm rolls around she usually needs some sugar.. then her supper.. So I understand it.. I just found way too much crap in her cupboards..
