I have to call off from work. I am running out of sick time but gotta do what a mom gotta do as my son is sick

I have one full weekend we had plans some frieds to come over today for lunch so done some groceries shopping in the morning and lots of cooking but we had a nice time
but what was not expected yesterday(Saturday) around lunch time some of my other friend called and asked if we do anything to come and visit us ..anyway they come over so more time spend and they left around 10pm and on top of that i had a full morning
and having a busy Sanday also am dead tired now and it is 11pm
