You don't need 3 months for the Complex. It's completely separate from VIP and the requirements aren't as strict. For the Complex you only need 100 posts and be regularly contributing (I think). You qualify. PM a mod or V for the password.

I am a checkout chick, but I also have experience in other departments like fresh produce and the deli. This week I've had a lot of hours in the fruit and veg section, it's good. Early starts always get me, but I prefer them over afternoon/evening ones
