Yeah. Story I've heard is that the guy who commissioned it balked at the shipping costs when it was done, so the artist kept it and entered it into exhibits.

Omfg, if this guy doesn't stop whistling "somewhere over the rainbow" I'ma lose it!!!!!!!!!!!!
