If there just starting to put them up today then it will take about 1/2 a day to just mount them. Depends as well how high they have to go. The pitch of your roof.

thats not good it is not easy working in the cold/ heat

I can not stand the cold ...at summer am much better.. and need to be very hot to care but cold no way .. last time i was soo cold and i had the heat on 26°C ... not feeling cold on this temperature usually but i think the past few day my iron is very low so yeah this was make it worse

Yeah its not good. its actualy a room with no windows or anything. and it has to be secure 24/7 so we rely on the air con lots to keep us awake and fresh!

well, its a work in progress because they (AMEX) thought they could just do the same type of things in Europe, well we can't so they are doing a major overhaul in how things get done and how we are to do the day to day. I could list a page worth of things that the Europeans do that do not translate well here. It is the clashing of how we train our brains, don't get me wrong these things can be done but it is just thinking outside that box.

it is okay, just some customers insults are not called for....last night helping a customer and she asked me why I was talking to her while waiting for a transaction to go through....
