The series was okay, I'm pretty sure the horse they used for it wasn't even a pure blood Arabian, I think it was an Anglo-Arab.:mad

The horse in the movies was an Arab named Cass Ole...except he had white markings that they had to cover up so he'd be all black. :24: The books are why I love Arabs. The race in the first movie is why I became a horse racing fan. Walter Farley is da bomb.
