That is really annoying. It seems like every time my group arranges a time to get together, this girl keeps saying she can't make it at the last minute and making a simple get together complicated. Plus she won't take charge to arrange a time that is good for her, instead she agrees to a time that isn't good for her, then tells us at the last minute.

If I had Willis, I would slap her.
