My mum complimented that my legs look like they lost weight on them, which is a good thing, that's where all my fat goes, being pear-shaped and all.
I know But the body fat I have, usually goes to my arse. But I feel better getting complimented, seeing as the past days I have been bloated and that made me all shitty lol.
30 minutes every day, I'm surprised it does anything actually, it's easy. In October I started it, 30 minutes on the exercise bike/cross trainer, and now it's just 30 minutes of this mix of exercises, like squats, push ups, sit ups, weights, and other things I don't know the name of.
