Oh before I leave, I have news!

I found out I can get my masters degree from Vandy for free if I am accepted and I agree to continue teaching in Nashville for 5 years. How awesome would that be? A Vanderbilt masters degree....for free. Wow.

To be honest, I wouldn't know. I've only been there for hockey games so I don't know the ins and outs of the city.

It's an awesome city!
I really do love my city and very protective of it

Well it all started with buying a townhouse when I was too young to buy anything that responsible.
Then I got rid of that and decided to invest in a condo. I was going to live in it, then some stuff happened and I decided to rent it out and move closer to work.
But when it's paid off (which is very soon oh thank god), I'm gonna sell it once the market takes a swing to the upside, quit my job and travel,
First on the list is a club med vacation to Bora Bora, then a tour of Europe
I spent that majority of my 20s working 16 hour days, so I'm literally ready to retire.

I think you should tour all the Arab horse farms in Saskatchewan.

I mean they're lovely and all, but they're still a beast of burden to me.
(And yes I've ridden plenty in my life, I've actually had the fortune of working on a boarding ranch when I was but a wee teen)
