I think I'm just tired of being away from home. This place is awesome and the weather has been a treat but I'm done. I don't like not being self-sufficient. I can't drive anywhere. I'm living in the guest house with my co-worker and I don't like it. It has nothing to do with her. She's cool. I'm just a loner and I haven't had proper me-time for 2 1/2 months. I'm also a little worn out mentally because babies can be difficult to deal with. Everything is new for them and I'm not the most patient person. Horses tend to react negatively to tired people. I am tired and it's just a vicious cycle. Hence the black eye. I hate conflict and I've been having quite a bit of conflict lately with the horses...one in particular. The show is about to start which means longer work days and no days off. That's gonna suck. I can't use my phone. I can't watch hockey games. And I'm tired. Did I mention that I'm tired? Maybe worn out is more like it. And I'm homesick. :unsure:

Honestly I know how you feel, not to minimize how you feel in the slightest,but I do, and it does suck large.
All I can say to you is, you will be home very soon. and you'll feel a ton better.
The best thing I can think to do in right now is allow yourself the time to feel the way you do, then get on being the happy Serena I know.
Just remember it's ok to feel down, that's what friends are for, to help pick you up when you're down :D
I know most everything I said is fairly cliche, but cliches exist for a reason :)
And you're never far from home if you come here!
