The thing is, I can see stuff in there, but I can't get it out, I don't know, it might just be a scab thing, I might look into it tomorrow when I find some tweezers. I thought maybe it was a dried bit of gunk or soap, but I can't be too sure on that, I keep it pretty clean all the time

that really has to do with having a longer exposure and the proper iso, oh and I forgot to mention the f-stops
Having a tripod is a must for longer exposures.
For example

Ooooh! Nice pics! I got some nice fireworks pics too. There is much one can accomplish without filters.

Very pretty, but with a tripod you could have gotten it crisp!
But filters are very important to getting that look just right.
I really need a proper flash. the built in one just doesn't cut the mustard.
