I only do it so I can stop being body conscious all the time, like I feel if I do something good with my body then it will stop me thinking "I'm getting so fat" etc etc, not really for weight loss, but it maintains my shape anywho.
I get lazy when I get home from work late sometimes, if I get put on until 9:00 p.m. Or if I am going through a shit time in life, which simultaneously I stop eating as well.
