No I had undiagnosed asthma. Now that I use my inhaler I get sick much less often. But it's always like getting hit by a truck when I do get sick.

back again done my eyebrows :willy_nilly: had a shower and also did my underarms wax .. well i only do this every few months maybe 2 times a year 
now am ready but still very early until the shops open ..:24:
not even 5am yet almost ..i guess i will have another coffee

better then nothingI made a hamburger plain nothing else no bread. Just a plain ol' hamburger!
I think it's pretty healthy. It's all I wanted. I didn't want any trimmings.better then nothing
