I went to call Jim at work yesterday and the phone was dead.. I went and unplugged the modem like they tell me every other time that this kinda thing has happened.... It didn't work.. since my cell was dead I didn't call CS til this morning... then I got this guy that says go to your modem unplug it and wait a few min then replug it in and remove the battery..... if that doesn't work hit the reset button on the modem.. well... when they installed our digital phone they clamped the wires so tight that you can't move the modem I told him that and he said well you will have to wait for a service call... Then snottily said to me that I had to be here tomorrow morning from 8 to 10.. didn't give me an option to say anything.. and Jim will be sleeping then and if Liam's not up yet I just may kill the cocksuckers who come to the door.:surrender

I almost want to kill the house phone except I can't get that kinda deal on LD or I would. Everyone here has a cell except Jim and he can use mine if needed.

WOW! Melissa that sounds like a hell of a mess! Sorry that you have to go through that. On a good note I just made a Cinnamon raison bagel with strawberry cream cheese for lunch. And it's good!!! I have to buy some of these for myself today. :thumbup
