last I knew his sentence is being reduced to assault 3, unless something changes it will be 36 months probation and he will have to pay restitution.

another day started here 8am.. and feeling tired stil,l walked a lot yesterday while at the shops, i didn't realise the time and i told at home i wont be long when i come back we can eat dinner lol was for 2 and a half hours i thought past half an hour only oh well they knew where the food is not my fault waited for me

yeah, he's gotta keep his mouth shut and not violate his probation, he's fucking stupid though, I'm worried he's gonna screw this up for himself.
