hmm morning but i feel hungry .. cooked some yellow peppers, in a tomato sauce with garlic and parsley last night i made 4 small plates, 3 i froze them and left one for lunch today, i think will end up for breakfast
it is not much but i eat a lot of bread with this so a reason i didn't put to much on the plate
