I have a torn lateral stabilser as well as a tare in the bottom of my quad, so my knee joint is quite unstable and sore at the moment

I just got back from shopping with me mum all morning. we did more laughing and talking than shopping. I only spent 24 dollars on some hand soap for my shitty half. and me mum only bought a jumper for her good half.
