No, ur completely right...becuz i didnt have a choice over what i wanted for child birth on my youngest..they booked me in for c-sec. He wasnt ready to come out...spent 3 weeks in a incubator.

Trust me, no matter how much of a bitch your ex is being right now things will calm down and as his father you have alot more rights than you realize, sit back and dont shove in her face that you have sought legal advice could it may make it worse, simply tell her you are his father and you want an active part of his life... women arent all that bad you know
Despite all those things they tell you to do to bring labour on girlie, that bubs is going to come when she is good and ready and when she does make sure we get loads of pics!!!

from what i beleive your laws are over there, if its in a different state you have to give permission for that aswell, i mean the laws here are totally different but i would check out your options dude and perhaps suggest places that arent too far away for you to get to
