Oh my! You might want to cut out spicy foods and go bland for awhile! Sounds awful, but at least you'll feel better! Drink lots of fluids too!

Are you talking about that little gal who was trying to ruffle my feathers! Made me wonder for awhile where she was going with all that! Turns out she was pushing buttons and looking for reaction! Kicks I suppose!

I haven't been eating spicy..:( which I love..

All I have been craving today is Salsa, sourcream with tortilla chips.. and I know I better not do it at all. :p
