No I was wearing my seat belt before I was pulled over...

I passed by him once going to get something to eat I was bassing...(I have a pretty loud system) I saw him run my plates once I paid no attention...When I passed by again he stopped me saying first you know how fast you were going I said yeah 40 it was a 45....I was kinda angry that he stopped me to begin with.....I got a little pissy with him and he told me to get out of the car...He then said I should get you for your tailights too..(I have blackouts on my tailights)...Then he said you weren't wearing your seatbelt...but I was......Then he said I was driving wrecklessly because I had my music so high up no one could here an abulance pass by...which was bullshit because I could here everything.....he put me in cuffs for a while then I kinda calmed down a bit...he let me go with a ticket..
