Yep, for work. I usually wear a clear retainer, but I forgot to switch it out this morning. From the time I took it out this morning until the time I was able to put it back in and put a bandaid over it was less than 45 minutes, but it had already closed some. They can completely close in as little as a few hours.

Ooh yes it does. I had some really good ribs Saturday...they Fire Department was cooking them and selling them for $5 a plate. They were sooooooooooooo good!!!
