Hon, Federal (stafford) loans are the easiest to apply for. All you have to do is fill out the FAFSA. It takes like 20 minutes. SIUE.. will you be living on campus? I like to wear red but color with blue. And doesn't the leather get hot? I hope you put some baby powder on you first... (ever seen that episode of Friends? hehe)
