I'm going to have me some Shrimp Tepmura next week for the first time. Don't know exactly what it is but I have a friend coming down from N.Y who is going to broaden my taste buds!

Yummy I love shrimp tempura. I make it at home sometimes when I am feeling culinary!

What exactly is it Vixen? I heard it's made a special way and that's the part that makes it so good...not necessarily the shrimp.

No much to it DarkA. It's usually deep fried in a batter that consists of egg, ice water and flour. Then they give you this yummy sauce to dip it in. The combination is just awesome!!!
