And to think I came on here to bitch about my THIRD friggin sectional(two piece couch) being YET again damaged in shipment...well I guess I'll go nose about and see what happened.

OMG I swear I was just about at the level of 'angry cry'...haven't reached it yet no tears.:thumbup I took pic's of it and called the manager of the store I ordered it from.... the guy had the nerve to say to me, 'well the first one wasn't that damaged you could have taken that." I swear, if I could ahve reached through the phone received and strangled him I probably would have. SO...I got them to reorder YET again...but i get to sit on the shitty broken one until the new one comes in in 4-6 friggin weeks time:eek...SO you know what I'm going to do.... go shopping else where find something else I like then call them to pick up their piece fo crap and refund my 2 grand.

I know!...talk about good business sense there eh?:eek I mean it would ahve been different if each couch suddenly was damaged at MY house AFTER it was picked up but with their actual delivery persons doing the unwrapping...its like my god by nice to your customer who just spent 6thousand bucks at your store.:nod:

BUT on a good note... at least I get to see my vision of how the livignroom will look when everything is permanent....and I'll take some pics to show off, so you can see.
