I think you're overreacting over idle speculation. I haven't heard any seriously presented evidence that suggests this. I agree that it's bullshit, but I think it's messed up to blame the government when you said you saw it on Fox News. Now if Bush stood up and said this, I'd agree with you, but I haven't seen any report of any official stating all this.

What I'm saying is, because the government keep telling the public that we can be hit at any time, it feeds the fear of the public...
You don't think it does? Then why are people even having the conversation? Why do Suzie and her friends think that this might be Al-Qaeda without even seeing it on the news? And I'm sure that they aren't the only ones having the conversation.....

And for the record, I don't think it was terror related. Hell, it never crossed my mind until I heard about it on the news. It's funny how the news agencies don't report the news anymore, they just make the shit up as they go... and this is for MOST news agencies, not just Fox.
