Sometimes people like to use the quote code for other purposes.
Such as quoting someone who said something not on this board.

If you want, I can install a mod to where you highlight text in a post and you can quote it.

That sounds like it might be pretty nice.
If I highlight the text I want ..will it automatically drop that text to the bottom of the editor wrapped in the tags?

Then highlight some more text and do the same thing allowing me to address two portions without having to copy and paste each time?

If that is how I understand it that would be a great addition and very convienant for in depth discussions.

Got it...I had been hitting the reply button first to open the editor which is why I wasnt getting anywhere.
Now I can be even lazier than anticipated...Great add on

Oh well xD

As long as these issues can be fixed and be actually used as a good implementation, then I have no problem with it. Helps keep the site up to date and user friendly.

Lol...sad thing is I had tried for about two hours...then it turned out I didnt even have to open the editor to get it to work.
I would have stumbled across it by accident soon enough though.
