More energy in than out.... by a LARGE margin

Yes. Use of focused high energy output radio waves, will cause saltwater to burn with a red flame...

Problem is, there hasn't been enough study on it to show what's really going on... is it just the minerals being effected???

Too many questions, way too much energy needed...

More research needs to be done to fully understand what is going on and how to improve on it.

Do what?! I had a buddy that pointed out a website to me once. Something about runnin your car on water. I didnt look at the site because i didnt take him seriously. I mean come on, we put fires OUT with water, not START them.
