Not me. I love to get in the spirit of the season. It's just that some songs bring back memories better left for when I'm alone.... not at work particularly.... teary eyes won't do here.

That was Nat King Cole singing..... what a voice.
 
speaking of trees.... mine is still sitting there waiting for an energy spark to get it done.

by the time I drag my butt home from work, I'm too tired to bother.

Well, I was exaggerating a bit, mostly for the reason you stated...it brings back both good and bittersweet memories. The nostalgic stuff I love...the stuff my gram and my mom listen to. I'm not much into the modern renditions...Nat King Cole Singing the Christmas Song is just absolutely lush! His voice is like butter wrapped in velvet.

I hosted Thanksgiving and wanted the house to be festive...so I did it one night after work...so worth it! Once you get the tree itself up, you'll totally get in the mood to put the decorations on it. :)
