Not really bad. I get spasms now and again. I have developed a small tear in my rotator cuff again, but I refuse to go under the knife again.

So, finally at the ripe old age of last year (I was 34) playing in my 30 and up baseball league career ended

Now I simply coach for them, and coach my sons team, which is cool, my son thinks I'm the best baseball player he's ever seen......I told him he needs his eyes checked:24:
