when i went to the gym I just walked by it....and swore I wouldn't get on it...i just do the bike and the treadmill.
yet those who do use it are hardcore ripped and wouldn't want to fuck with them!

Before I got mine, I used to work out thought I was in shape, tried my friends it kicked my butt so bad then I got my own and took me a long time to master the programs, but then I have been lazy for about a yr and a half so I'm like never mind
