Okay...

The "Conservative In Exile" was a phrase coined by Sean Hannity joking about having to go ito hiding if Obama was elected because he was going to shut the Hannity show down

The upside down flag is a common sign used for "nation in distress"

and the other flag is known by Texans as the "Gonzales" flag, in history, the Texas militia was fighting off the mexicans with only one cannon, basically if the mexicans made it close enough to take the cannon, then the fight would have obviously been a horrible loss.

Hence the "Come And Take It"....essentially a jibe to the ensuing mexican forces.

BTW.....The Texas militia won that battle and managed to hold of the mexican forces for a few long days..
