Being clumsy and walking into something really hard.. and my whole hip is black, blue, purple and green.. I am colourful at least LOL.

Oh god you poor thing! Get some arnica on it and it will be gone in no time....and try to avoid walking into things

And I will try my best in the future.. I bruise easily but this is the worst one in a long time...

And when I did it I ended up doing the laughing and giggling while crying thing.. :surrender

Arnica is a herb used a lot to get rid of bruising. It actually works (and I am not a believer in fairy magic medicine )
