Once someone has violated the rules of MF, they have negated their half of the agreement that every member is to read upon joining. Babygurl evidently requested that someone read her PM, evidently pertaining to Gm killa. No one just randomly reads PMs. Once someone alerts the administration as to an issue, the administration alerts Ralph. Amanda does not just go reading PMs for the exact reason that you pointed out, out of respect for people's privacy. The only way that someone can be caught 'spamming', is by someone telling on them, or dumb luck, especially in teh event of you and Joe. Evidently, you both knew better than to save your outgoing messages, thus removing any paper trail from your end. What most people do not understand anymore is loyalty. Believe it or not, like it or not, there are people who are loyal to that forum, and when things like this come up, they tell people. In a world where most marriages end in divorce due to infidelity and one where corporate piracy reigns supreme, there really are some people who know what it still means to be loyal to something.
I really do not expect you to believe me, and I understand that. Amanda does just what she is told; it is not her site to chose what happens. She is there to communicate with Chris to Ralph on what can and should be done in an effort to gradually improve the site. If Ralph was to say "ban vshayes" and she said no, she would be out of a job. Whether she agrees or not is not the point, but like any job, she is required and expected to carry out the wishes of the management.
