Trauma shapes mental health by causing intense fear, anxiety, and intrusive memories. I see PTSD as a lasting impact that rewires the brain’s response to stress. Healing takes time, therapy, and support to regain safety and emotional balance.

Absolutely, trauma’s effect on mental health runs deep. I’ve learned that PTSD changes how the brain handles stress, making everyday life feel challenging. Patience, professional help, and a strong support system are crucial for healing and reclaiming peace.

We all experience many different kinds of events in our life that may have a long-term impact on our life. You don't need to go through a trauma to suffer from PTSD. Some moments in our life can change every thing. People who go through such experiences may need to seek psychologists. This is quite important.
