LOL! I was going to say to Gold Dust that we are from the SOUTH where the tea is SWEET :D

And Hotty, some people take years to perfect their recipe, and then it always differs on what type of tea you like.

I personally like to use a bit of honey and a tad of mint, but I know that's non traditional ;)


I lived in the South for many years and totally enjoyed the SWEET Tea! I had no idea just how much sugar was in it. :eek

joking aside, I live in a great part of the world for tea. The Moors left their tea-making traditions here for us to enjoy, and my, they are delicious. Still you don't get the same quality as you do if you head over to Morocco. Tangier, the closest Moroccan port to us, has this one tea house, it was featured in The Bourne Ultimatum actually, and the mint tea there is so amazing it gets you high... so relaxing and sitting outside in the shade in the 40ºC + temperatures it cools you down like you wouldn't believe. Awesome.
