Protein from eggs, lentils, or tofu keeps energy steady. Aim for 20 grams per meal, mixing plant and animal sources. It supports muscles and focus. Plan protein-rich snacks to avoid dips and thrive all day.
What’s your favorite protein food? How do you balance protein intake?

I only eat what I like. I also eat eggs but not daily only thrice a week. Fish gives me a lot of protein and fruits like guava. It's rich in protein. All kinds of beans I like and carrots.

I am more depended on plant based protein than animal protein. I eat beans, lentils, and milk products.

I will go for Greek yogurt and protein powders as they provide sustained energy due to their high protein content to the body which is useful

I've been meaning to try Greek yogurt. They say it's delicious, but I don't know for sure yet. Since you've tried it, can you confirm that it's delicious? Although I've eaten yogurt, I don't know if it's the same yogurt you're talking about.

Great protein sources for sustained energy include eggs, Greek yogurt, lentils, chickpeas, tofu, nuts, seeds, and lean meats like chicken or fish. These foods help maintain steady blood sugar levels and keep you feeling full and energized throughout the day.
