What really pissed me off is everyone assuming United will beat Swansea on the weekend. Not an iff, but by how much. Yes on paper they've got it. But on paper Man City should have won it too. But they didn't. We beat them, and our reserve player scored.

I just don't think anyone can assume one game will be easier than the other, for United or City. I'm not saying we'll beat United, fuck it wouldn't surprise me it they thrash us. But you can't assume anything in football.

I'd like to think we'd beat Swansea, but I'd never say it was a given because of how things have gone recently. Watching Swansea recently though, it looks as though they're already on the beach at times. They completely lost focus against Wolves and paid for it, but they're safe, time to build on next season. They'll need to improve the squad though because it strikes me that they don't have a great plan b, and when the pretty possession game isn't working, it could become difficult. Get some players though, and they should be fine again.

Yeah the Wolves game, Rogers tried a new formation which for me cost us, defence just looked lost out there. But, if you can't try something new when you're safe in the premier league and are about to play United, when can you try it, hah!

I don't think we need a "plan b", Swansea play the way they play, but with every team there's always something to work on. If we could make the most of all the chances we make for ourselves, the results would surely be different. And we do need some new players, I don't know the numbers but compared to a lot of teams, we don't have a lot of money to spend. Gylfi who's been on loan for us since January has been amazing, so amazing that we won't even be able to keep him as we can't afford the 10m price tag he now has on him. Either way this was our first season here, lots of things to take from it and work on.

I'm not completely mad & biased about my team, even I know the odds are against Swansea especially in this situation right now, I'll be the first one to say it's probably going to be the toughest game of the season (and with us safe is my team even going to show up?) I just don't think the commentators were right in just assuming we're an easy 3 points. As much as Sunderland won't be for them, as well as Newcastle and QPR for City. Commentators just get ahead of themselves sometimes.

But anywayyy, last nights game was way overhyped, as you'd expect. I was hoping for more goals tbh.

swansea will probably lose to united, chances are that the players minds are already on the beach after a great season and decent league place..but as you said, its not a given

Doesn't surprise me though.
Despite the 3-0 against Norwich, all those goals came from Norwich mistakes, the first two being really bad mistakes; so the scoreline flattered Liverpool quite a bit, although they were admittedly the much better team.

Though I did enjoy the game more when Sterling came on, he seemed to strike some energy into the match and the applause he got from coming on (walking from the bench) was amazing. Future talent, I'm sure.

Oh for sure, as much as I'm hoping that's not the case, even I think it will be. Hopefully our last game against Liverpool at home can make up for it, I'm fancying our chances right now :D

Two big games tonight. Bolton vs Tottenham where both sides really need to get something, ditto Chelsea vs Newcastle. Chelsea's team selection tonight will be interesting, as some players who play tonight won't play on Saturday and vice versa.

Damn that just reminded me I'll be missing the game on Saturday... think I'll be watching Chelsea v Newcastle today, though.

Newcastle beat Chelsea 2-0 at Stamford Bridge impressively, two magnificent goals from Cisse who is simply on fire. Spurs also beat Bolton 4-1 at the Reebok, which pleases me no end because I hope Bolton go down.

It's all to play for with two games to go.

-The battle of Manchester for the title, winners not only get the title but gloating rights, but either way it'll be the tightest finish to a Premier League season to date if both teams stay level on points!

-Relegation looming for Aston Villa as they're dangerously close to being relegated, if they do go down then it's Emile Heskey's fault.

-The Champions League places could be a close battle too with Spurs, Newcastle, Arsenal and Chelsea trying to get into it, but yet only one team could get it if Chelsea win the Champions League this season and at the expense of 4th place.

-MerseyPride will be at stake between Liverpool and Everton, even though Liverpool could fall to at least 13th place by the end of the season and that would be a brilliant laughing matter for alot of people (including myself).

Well on Sunday Villa play Spurs at home, while QPR host Stoke and Bolton host QPR. It's likely Spurs will get something so the last day could be very interesting.

It was so great. Like a missile. It was that good Drogba was applauding it almost. No goalkeeper in the world stops that.
