Power just allows another "elite" group, controlling everything for THEIR interests, and mix money with that and boom, you've got greedy people too. I know not all will be like this, and that power is delegated, but it will still happen, regardless of the good intentions.

Is there much of a difference if everyone has all of the power and they pursue their own interest(s)?


That is called mob rule.





Also, Reality: Not everyone is smart or skilled enough to lead or make rational decisions. Elites should be in power. Elites are people who are incredibly good at their own specialty. It only makes sense to put them in positions of power.

It is just unfortunate that people think of bad things when they hear the word "elite".

I really don't think anyone should have power, at least not a lot anyway. What's the power for? For what interests? Is it possible these interests will clash with others?
