Am I wrong in thinking that the states that legalized it only did so for medicinal use or is it for recreational too? I see a dude on Facebook posting vids about weed prohibition in Maine like if it was legalized he could get stone everyday with consequence... I stay dumb about the issues as I don't give a fuck if its legal or illegal as i dont smoke ANYTHING.
 
Marijuana is illegal for recreational use in every state... California has decriminalized it and made it nothing more than a fineable offense. We had Prop 19 in the last election, which would have legalized it for recreational use, but it failed. We also have marijuana legalized for medicinal use if your doctor gives you a card that authorizes you to do so.

Any man that's ever dated has paid for sex, whether he believes he has or not. ;) And even though you might not pay for a prostitute, there are hundreds of thousands of men (and women) that do. There's a reason it's called the oldest profession in the world.

Where the hell were you when I needed support in the other thread about paying for sex? I said even buying pizza a beer was paying for sex and got jumped.

Pot even is illegal for medicinal as far as the feds are concerned. It still is a controlled substance. You could have a new president come on one day and enforce the federal laws. Doubt it would happen but with some of the far right religious nuts out there you never know.

It was probably in the debate section, Guy. ;) I don't go in there. But yes, you are right...and I <3 beer and pizza. ;) Can it be light beer and whole wheat crust on the pizza, though??? ;) Gotta be difficult, yanno.

Amen to that. Although I find the pothead mentality rather annoying, stoned people don't bother me. I'd much rather be around a stoner than an obnoxious drunk girl.

When even Sarah Palin says that LEA time would be better spent on real crimes, I seriously doubt that'll happen.
