Post Your Christmas Tree!

Mine's been up since mid-November.

Ours too! Two weeks before Turkey Day.

All the trees are beautiful - I love having a tree - doesn't have to be big, just has to have lights on it!!

For the first time ever we have not put up the tree. The tree is in the attic in a huge box. The last few years the children have been around when we decided to decorate and at least helped us get everything down. I have a knee that is really bothering me on steps or ladders which makes it difficult going up and down the ladder. Our daughter is working Christmas and our son is off at college and will only be home a few days. Setting up the tree requires moving furniture and is really pretty but a lot of work only to be put away a few days later. To further compound things the Christmas Spirit has just not been here so far this year. The rush of Christmas music before Thanksgiving really did not help. I guess I have become Scrooge.

My nephew and his girlfriend put up our tree. There's not enough ornaments for my tastes and I still need to get candy canes, but here it is.

Looks good Tash. Maybe string some tinsel on it. Cats love that stuff. One more reason we don't have a tree.

I had mine all decorated and looking good...as I was sitting watching tv last night it just toppled over, water, lights and balls everwhere. Did I get a picture....NO...I was too busy cursing. I'll post one later when I get it decorated again, kinda losing interest.

I'm going to add more ornaments (I'm talking I usually put an ornament on every branch, sometimes 2), candy canes, and probably some icicles. I hate cats and my dog doesn't mess w/ the tree, LOL
