i should have weekends off seeing as i am here 80 hours or more during the week. however there is more work than week :(

Wow! I sure hope you are getting OT pay. I don't have enough energy at times to get through a 40 hour week let alone even thinking about 80...... :willy_nilly:

i wish it was overtime, however since im the boss im on salary :(

and no on the naps, although i have snuck in a few here and there when really needed

Salary has its downside. I get paid hourly..... When I 'have' to work OT, I get comp time.... I'd much rather have time and a half or double time, but it is what it is. And no naps here either..... :thumbdown

it does but it also has it perks. when i had my surgery and had a week off i still got paid the same amount and i can leave to go to dr or take fuzzlets to dr without an issue
