Apple have a new selection of politically correct emojis available to iPhone users and they include ethnic headgear, non-nuclear families and gay couples.

Why is everyone white (or yellow) though? Even the guy in the turban is white! What new emojis would you like to see?

I have never given any iota of thought to the political correctness of my Emojis. I guess one could argue that it's b/c I'm a white woman.

Oh, I've seen all kinds of jokes about the PC of emojis and yellow emojis don't equal white... the originally smiley face was yellow. Yellow is a happy color and has nothing to do with skin color. Honestly, I think the new emojis are cute and it's cool that we have more choices to express ourselves. However, people need to quick making a problem where there isn't one.

So now even emojis have to be politically correct. Come on they are just emojis they don't represent real people in real life. They are suppose to only represent emotions that people want to express, in email or on forums. Its not about lets make them politically correct, emojis were just fine as they were. Now we are saying why are they all yellow, because that's what color the emojis are, and it has nothing to do with ethic groups of people, emojis aren't people.
