That is so my favorite kool-aid too.

Seems like Im always on a diet. Off and on always. I was doing real good at the beginning of the year. I lost like 2 pant sizes and then it just stopped. I havent gained anything tho. So thats good.

the way i think about diets are working on your self control... which if you can balance what you take in with what you put out (exercise and all), you should be good... and then if you want to lose some, just adjust for more exercise ...
