I have my left ear pierced, done when I was 16, a bloody long time ago - I wear an upside down cross in it.

I have one tattoo on my upper right arm - much more recent, I gave it to myself as a 44th birthday present. It's a two headed eagle with Hawkwind printed in it.

I have 1 tattoo of a dragon on my right shoulder blade, + 5 piercings: 2 ear, 1 tongue, 1 nipple and 1 navel. I really want to get my nose done too; I had a nose stud a few years ago, but the silly "professionals" who pierced me did it wrong, so it got really badly infected, fainted and stuff, so I eventually had to take it out. But soon I will go to a proper place and get it done again!

Needles scare the shit outta me, or i would have my tongue pierced too.

A friend of mine had her tongue pierced and she said her navel piercing hurt a lot more.

My tongue piercing is actually the most comfortable piercing I have ever taken - and kept - out of all the piercings I have ever had. The thing with a tongue piercing is, it doesn't hurt to have it done, but it's quite difficult to live with it for the next two weeks... Soup and milkshake everyday, for every meal. :yuk But seriously, it''s the only piercing that hasn't caused my a truckload of pain and trouble; even my ear rings have caused me more trouble! :eek

I have a navel piercing but have other plans for when I have the money. I'm going to get a nipple piercing.
The tattoos I have planned are a West Ham badge on my right bicep, My current dog and my last dogs name in Old English on my lower back and, most painful of all, my wifes name on my throat. She has the same name as the Undertaker's (WWE) wife who has it tattooed on his throat and I thought it looks really cool!

Navel and ears arnt ugly. It's just when people get to extreme with nose piercings, eye brow, lips..you get the idea.

I have two tats....one above my right ankle - two hearts hugging with my daughters names in each heart; one on the top of my left foot - a little lizard

Planning atleast two more, one on my neck under my hairline and a tramp stamp with my twins names
