I'd have a fariy tatoo if I was brave enough. It's just that when everyone says something doesn't hurt, is when I wonder the most how much it really hurts, LOL :D

It really depends on where you get it and how high of a pain threshold you have Maria. But really after the first few minutes you get used to it.

Totally agree. Most of my tats felt REALLY good (yeah, I guess that makes me a freak) but the one on the back of my neck hurt SO bad! The tattoo itself took less than 30 minutes but it just hurt so bad! The one on my ankle didn't hurt nearly as bad as my neck but it still was not pleasant like the rest of them. I guess I have a thing for pain, I like it :D but some places on your body are more sensitive than others. I've had a whole lot of people tell me that the lower back is the most painful place for a tat....TOTALLY not true for me, I LOVED it! It all depends on how you handle pain I guess.

law enforcement/ crinimal justice program at a community college. I want to be a police officer.

Cool cool, I started out in BLET at a community college then I decided I wanted more in-depth training so I went to the Justice Academy for a year. That's something you may want to check into. If you want to be a street cop, community college is fine, although I have to tell you that a degree in Criminal Justice will help you ONLY if you plan to go to other avenues of law enforcement, such as Drug Task Force, Detective, Homicide, etc. If you just want to be a straight street cop, no advancing past Captain, community college is great. The Justice Academy will help SO much when it comes time for you to make Detective and all that. It's a good start though, for those that are just getting into Law Enforcement. It will give you a chance to make sure it's what you want to do.
