I used to belong to a hip hop forum with virtually NO rules. I was there for like 6 years? I think. Nothing ever changed. just a bunch of trolls starting shit and name calling because they're bored. I go back to check it out from time to time.
I'm an online bully....
geez louise.. I just want some of it to stop. I dont see all the thread that said person writes. Hell, I dont even see HALF the posts on here. But When she pm's me feeling attacked and its the same person that has been picked on over and over again, I have to say something.
If its going both ways, then Im sorry. i didnt see it. And if its like yall said, where she dishes it out but cant handle it, then i understand. I just think when people all jump on one person, it is bullying.
And Honestly the name calling SHOULDNT be a big deal and HONESTLY I would care less. Its the fact that people cant come on here and get called a name with out being OFFENDED. People need to be more thick skinned.

Well, I stated my opinion in the thread that was in question (I assume) and, personally, I do think that people piled on her but I also think it was justified. I do NOT think it was bullying, though, b/c IMO bullying implies that the "victim" is an innocent who is being "picked on" for no good reason. Anybody and everybody on this forum knows that people can be rather sensitive when it comes to their nation's shortcomings...but for someone to post 3 (I think it was 3) threads about how Americans lack intelligence and then come back and say threads like that are stupid when someone post the same type thing for Australians is just asinine...how'd it go from being interesting facts being posted to stupid between the time YOU posted it and the time someone else posted it???
I do agree that people are testing the waters a lot more now than before, but it was to be expected I guess. I personally don't handle anything but SPAM anymore...people wanted lax, so I've given them lax.

I concur...but as we stated before, we wouldn't HAVE to if people would handle things civilly and stop reporting things simply b/c they upset them. *shrugs*

So how are you handling the crybabies? If you continue to allow them to carry on with that crap then that's what you'll get. The mods have the ability to put a stop to it so why not start instead of continually allowing it to happen? That's one thing I don't understand so maybe you or any other mod would care to enlighten me.
Mods are people too and as such have the unfortunate ability of misunderstanding something just like the rest of us. That's the time to ask a question instead of raising a stink. Clear the air and make known exactly what you said and what you meant.
I don't even think it was the fact that some one was making threads about Americans nonstop. I think it's the intent behind it and then having the stuff to back up what you say and then having the stuff to stick up for your original opinion, but hopefully not blindly so.

I kind of got the impression that some of you guys have been annoyed with her before but kept quiet about it. The issue stopped being about the thread(s) and more about her love life toward the end.
