I ignored it because I didn't think it was a serious question. If it is, then no - but if a bird can somehow look 'happy' or at the very least... content and it's evident that it is - then that would be acceptable.

I thought bird songs can have a variety of meanings, depending on how many songs the bird knows. I don't know a fat lot about it though - did a bit of research due to a query from another entrant regarding a picture.
