Okay, that was only funny to me.

And yes...we hear it and immediately want to roll our eyes and walk out the door. I literally stopped going to a convenience store that's on the way to my work simply b/c the cashier ALWAYS hit on the girls from our department. He would always say "morning, beautiful" and I would cringe!!!

....or they don't feel better, but just don't like to be put on. I for one would have logged off immediately, if someone had sent me an "Hey beautiful" when I had just arrived here on OTz.
(I think, many men can't imagine what it's on some forums like to register as a woman... If I'd be greeted with a "Hey beautiful", it could set on all my inner alarm clocks. :ninja)
