One more reason to drink coffee :)

Coffee may do more than wake you up. It may help your small blood vessels work better, a new study suggests.

But that doesn't mean you should guzzle gallons of java.

Previous research has shown that moderate coffee consumption may have some beneficial effects on cardiovascular health. However, the precise mechanism for this benefit is unknown, says Masato Tsutsui, one of the authors of the new research and a cardiologist and professor in the pharmacology department at the University of the Ryukyus in Okinawa, Japan.

I saw something on this yesterday. Funny, one day it's good for you and th next day it's bad for you. That seems to be with everything. I'll choose to believe coffee is good for you though. :D

As of late, I always prepare a glass of coffee mixed with chocolate. Sometimes I drank more than a few cups of coffee very frequently during my review classes, and I wasn't even aware of this.

Oh that's nice, I love coffee! I think coffee should be really drank in moderation though. Coffee is still a stimulant and caffeine is a neurotoxin. Caffeine and coffee certainly have their place though, I can function better and relax nicely with a hot cup of coffee. I prefer mine with almond milk though :)
