Am I the only one who thinks this really isn't the nest way to do things?

On Saturday, May 14th the body of a 4-6 year old boy was found. There have been no missing child reports on this child. His body was dumped on the side of the road in South Berwick, Maine. The boy was found wearing a gray hooded sweatshirt, navy blue tee sirt, and lightening Mcqueen black sneakers. Please help to give this little boy a name and a proper burial. And most of all help find the people who are responisble for is death. May you forever rest in peace little guy. Once again a young , innocent life taken to soon♥

Everyone please sent this to all of your friends♥ Even though we might know this poor boy it might go far enough to where someone might know something. Thank all so much for your help.

People all you have to do it say yes to the event and share it with all of your friends. You dont have to leave your homes, this is just to get it out here. By saying no is basically saying you dont care. Please remember this was an innocent child, a helpless little boy. Have a heart and send this to all your friends on your facebook!

I urge you to call the State Police if you have any information regarding this case 1800 228 0857

okay I get it and I know it's sad but let the authorities handle it. Getting strangers involved is never a good idea, in my personal opinion.

the difference with this one is that the kid was left and no one saw this, they were doing a look throughout the country to see if anyone could recognize the kid, just saw it in the news here.

It's usually a stranger that sees something that aids the authorities. If a child of mine were missing, I'd want the whole world to know about it. If only one person knows something....

First I'd heard of it I think Berwick's in the middle of nowhere.

You think a handful of police walking around and looking out for other stuff as well is more effective than millions of people looking out for one thing? I fail to see the logic there or even how that can cause you any greif. Explain?

I think it's a good way to get the information out ***IF*** the person posting it has checked it out and made sure that it's a legit broadcast. There are some circulating out there that have been circulating for YEARS and it's not even a valid missing person broadcast.

If PJ's seen it on the news it must be legit. Berwick is in my state. I thought the same exact thing when it was posted honestly.

I think posting about a deceased child that isn't yours is in bad taste but posting an amber alert on social networking sites is brilliant seeing as people spend more time on them than news sites

What would be the best way to go about it, then? I would want people all over looking for my daughter if she went missing. And if she turned up dead, you're damn right I wouldn't be upset about this. It could be the only way that I ever find out and get closure..

No i didn't. Just because a story is fabricated doesn't mean an account was phished. Stories get passed on. People can post stories thinking they're real. Take sadie's thread from last week for example.

Fair point, I guess I just misinterpreted you. Have no idea about Sadies story, I generally ignore her because she's a middle aged woman trying to act like a 20 year old Essex slapper.
